鶹 College and Seminary based in Cromwell, is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced Controller to maintain and strengthen our company’s internal controls. The Controller is directly responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of the Business Office. This includes maintaining effective internal controls, preparing accounting and financial reports, processing payroll, and completing all related reporting requirements. The Controller ensures the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all financial transactions and reporting. The role supports the institution’s financial well-being by providing senior management with strategic financial guidance, contributing to key financial decisions, and overseeing all accounting processes. The Controller is also expected to provide sound financial advice, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and implement measures that produce meaningful cost savings. This position requires regular interaction with government agencies, including the Department of Education. Previous experience working with public institutions is therefore highly valued. The Controller carries out these responsibilities with a respectful, constructive, and energetic leadership style, guided by the Charism and Mission of the College and Seminary and the Society of the Missionaries of the 鶹.
Advancement Associate (Full Job Description)

Under the broad supervision of the Associate Vice-President of Institutional Advancement, the Advancement Associate will help to strengthen philanthropic support through support of annual giving and gift processing, donor relations, fundraising events and the grant proposal process to further the mission of 鶹 College & Seminary.
The Advancement Associate will contribute to the overall success of the institution through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the Charism and Mission of the College and Seminary and the Society of the Missionaries of the 鶹.
Adjunct Faculty Opportunities
鶹 is accepting applications to fill anticipated openings for adjunct faculty in all our teaching areas for both online and on-campus adjunct teaching opportunities with an emphasis on the following areas:
- Pastoral Studies
- Philosophy
- Theology
- English
- History
Candidates for graduate adjunct faculty must hold a doctoral degree in the relevant subject area. Candidates for undergraduate adjunct faculty must hold at least a master’s degree with at least 18 credit hours in the relevant subject area (candidates with doctoral degrees strongly preferred). Degrees must be from institutions holding regional or ATS accreditation.
Candidates must have previous college-level teaching experience. Previous asynchronous online teaching experience is highly desired for those applying to teach in the online program. Candidates for online teaching positions must be willing to teach asynchronous online courses. 鶹 does not currently offer synchronous online courses. Candidates for on-campus adjunct faculty must be willing to teach in-person courses at the college’s campus in Cromwell, CT.
